Frequently Asked Questions

What is the typical turnaround time?+−
Turnaround time depends on the cell type, starting material and desired quantity. Standard expansions typically take 2 to 4 weeks. Large-scale productions or complex primary cell cultures may require additional time. We give you an estimated timeline during the initial consultation.
Can I provide my own cells for expansion?+−
Yes. You can ship your own cell stocks to our facility. We accept frozen vials, live cultures and tissue samples. Alternatively, you can choose from our catalog of more than 1000 authenticated cell lines.
What quality control measures are in place?+−
Every expansion includes mycoplasma testing, viability assessment and growth kinetics monitoring. STR authentication and sterility testing are available as options. Full documentation, including a Certificate of Analysis, is provided with each delivery.
What delivery formats are available?+−
We offer frozen cryovials, live T-flask cultures, cell pellets, lysates and DNA extractions. Packaging is optimized for each format to ensure integrity during transport.
Do you offer related services?+−
Yes. Cell expansion can be combined with cell banking, mycoplasma testing, STR authentication, assay-ready cell preparation and sample storage for a complete solution.
